Experienced chefs prepare vegetarian/vegan food with locally sourced ingredients & filtered water.
Breakfast Buffet: Fruit, Muesli, Yoghurt, Porridge, Traditional Indian Paratha, toast, butter, jam, tea, coffee, juice.
Lunch Buffet: traditional Indian dishes, salad, soups, vegetables, rice, chapati, dhal, lentils.
Dinner Buffet: traditional Indian dhal, aloo Gobi, fresh vegetables, salads, spinach, Palak Paneer, mixed veg, etc.
We offer masala chai, green tea, herbal tea, and fresh juice daily as well as unlimited filtered water.
